If you love video games, you love any Mario game that has been created. Okay, not any Mario game because, let’s face it, Sunshine was kind of a let down. But almost everyone who loves video games has got to love, or at least respect, Mario games. Mario is the ultimate in characters to play. He can do tons of things, including shooting fire and bouncing on heads, and can turn into other characters. The only problem I have with Mario games? They’re too short!
I can get through almost any normal Mario game, not one of the sports ones, in a day. It only takes me that long to go through the levels and to beat the ultimate bad guy. In the world of video games? This isn’t very long! I got through the first Galaxy game in a day, and I’m worried that I’ll be able to get through the Super Mario Galaxy 2 game for Wii in just a day as well, which wouldn’t make me very happy at all.
I love the Mario games, and I really want to play them as long as possible, which is why beating the game in only a day sucks. It just isn’t very cool. I want to be able to play with Mario for a couple of days at least or I’m not happy. I know that the Mario games are kid friendly games, but that doesn’t mean that they have to be beatable in only a few hours, right? Why can’t they make the game longer? Maybe they could add a longer storyline or they could change the difficulty level so that we could make it more difficult to play, making this Super Mario Galaxy 2 game a lot longer than the last one. Either way, I don’t care how they do it, I just know that I’d really like the games to be a lot longer, as I hate ending a Mario game, because then I have to wait a year or more for another Mario game that I can play!
