How many times will Nintendo bring back Mario? As many times as we, the fans, want him I guess! Mario has been going on since before I can remember. I’m 32 years old and I remember playing Mario on my Nintendo when I was really little. I used to have a blast playing the games and remember all of the times that I would spend hours playing Mario and getting my parents mad at me.
Now that I’m an adult I can play Mario games whenever I want, but, quite honestly, I rarely have the time to play them! I’m so busy with work and everything else that it seemed useless to get any of the games. My husband did buy a Wii, so when I heard about Galaxy coming out, I decided to buy it. I’m so glad that I did! I made time for that game and found myself, once again, playing the game for hours.
I’ve seen that Super Mario Galaxy 2 is coming out and I’m anxious to see it. If it’s anywhere near as appealing as the first one was it will definitely be a great game! While I do love the original, there were a few things that bugged me – mainly the fact that you can’t play as anyone else. When you go to classic Mario games, you can almost always play someone else, even if it’s just for a little bit of time. This game, however, doesn’t give you that option. And while I loved the graphics of the last one, at a few parts it was almost too confusing and dizzying for me to play which is why it probably took a little longer than I wanted it too in order for me to beat the game.
I’m definitely looking forward to Super Mario Galaxy 2 Wii, though, even if these things stay the same, simply because the original version got me interested in Mario again, and helped me to remember to make time in my day to do things that I love to do. I’ll definitely be buying this Mario game no matter what!
