Super Mario Galaxy 2

One of the things that I think makes Mario great is that the designers are always willing to change things up a bit. When one thing gets stale, they change it up and do something else. I’ve really enjoyed the Mario world for just that reason – because you never know what you’re going to get when it comes to the whole Mario deal! But when it comes to the Super Mario Galaxy 2 Wii game, I’m really looking forward to only one thing: Yoshi!

In my opinion, Yoshi is one of the best things to ever come to the Mario world. There’s not many games that you can play where you can not only walk around and do things, but ride on something and do things (other than games where you can ride a motorcycle or something – but those machines aren’t anywhere near as cool as Yoshi is). I really like Yoshi and was really excited to see that he was going to be in the new Super Mario Galaxy 2 Wii game that is going to be coming out. And it looks like he can not only jump around and do his tongue roping thing, but that he can also eat something that makes him float? How great is that!

I do hope that the controls aren’t too difficult to handle. I know that it took me awhile to get used to the last Galaxy game, and this time around I’m hoping that it doesn’t get too difficult, adding Yoshi into the mix. I’m guessing that with newest title in this cool series, we will be able to control Yoshi in the same way that we control Mario, but you never know with those Nintendo designers. Hopefully, though, the controls are easy to use so that we can get full control of Yoshi. I am really looking forward to playing Yoshi the most, and I really hope that the designers have taken the time to make sure that Yoshi looks, and moves, as great as he always has before so that we can really enjoy him!
